1. Who collects it

Dtrmined Inc. (決心科技股份有限公司), which operates commandroom.io. Contact: hello@commandroom.io. Any question about personal data can go to that address.

2. Why we collect it

To contact you, answer what you asked, and discuss whether our products and services fit your factory; and, later on, to tell you about other products, services or events from Dtrmined. That second use is marketing, and you can ask us to stop at any time — see section 5.

3. What we collect

Only the fields you fill in yourself: name, job title, company, and whichever contact details you choose to leave (LINE ID, email or phone). If you answered the questionnaire, it also includes the boxes you ticked about your shop floor and anything you wrote alongside them.

In production this site uses Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, which collects browsing and device information. You can refuse it through your browser settings or Google's opt-out tool.

4. How long, where, who and how

• How long: until you ask us to delete it, or to stop contacting you.
• Where: Taiwan, and wherever this site's service providers operate.
• Who: the people at Dtrmined handling your enquiry. We do not sell, trade or pass your personal data to third parties for marketing. Only the providers this site needs to run — hosting, data storage, email, messaging and analytics — encounter it in the course of providing those services, except where the law requires disclosure.
• How: we contact you by email, LINE or phone — including about products or services we offer later — and keep a record of the correspondence.

5. Your rights

Under Article 3 of the Personal Data Protection Act you may, in respect of the personal data we hold about you: enquire about it or ask to review it, ask for a copy, ask for it to be supplemented or corrected, ask us to stop collecting, processing or using it, and ask us to delete it.

Under Article 20 of the Act you may refuse marketing at any time, and we will stop at once, at no cost to you. The first time we contact you for marketing, we will also tell you how to refuse.

Write to hello@commandroom.io and we will act on it promptly. Exercising these rights does not affect any existing dealings you have with us.

6. If you would rather not provide it

Every field on this site is optional. If you leave no contact details we cannot reply to you, and nothing else changes — the whole site remains readable.

Our lawful basis

We collect and process your personal data with your consent, under Article 19(1)(5) of the Personal Data Protection Act. Filling in and submitting a form is that consent, on the terms set out here, including the marketing contact described in section 2.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update this page and date the revision.
